Octavius Presents Moonlight & Magic

Octavius Presents Moonlight & Magic

Xpringtime is coming! Longer days, warm evenings, daffodils shining and birds singing. And to celebrate the change of seasons Octaviu choir will present a concert of Moonlight & Magic - a virtual picnic of melody and music. You will be able to imagine your self walking through Berkley Square to hear the Nightingale sing, or joning a group of friendly bears at their Teddy Bears Picnic! The You will be
sure, on the Shining Light to be bathed in the golden light of Lux Auramque as you listen to The Lark in the Clear Air. A wonderful song written for Octavius by local composer Stephen Lange -"Poipoia te kakano" - will bring our thoughts back to earth The text is based on a Maori proverb which translates to " nurture the seed and it will blossom." and represents the cyclic energy of nature. What could be more perfect for a Spring concert? .
