Blended Art & Wine

Blended Art & Wine

Havelock North’s favourite FREE entry event is back. BLENDED returns to Havelock North Village on 22 March 2026, bringing together local artists, wineries and hospitality for an afternoon of creativity, flavour and connection.

Stroll down Treachers Lane and discover pop-up art displays and live painting, alongside Hawke’s Bay’s finest wine, beer, food and music. It is a celebration of local talent and the perfect way to spend one of the last Sundays of summer.

Enjoy art in the open air, taste wines from some of Hawke’s Bay’s favourite boutique producers, and unwind with delicious bites and live entertainment throughout the day.

This year’s participating Village venues include:
Giant Brewing Co Public House (with Gina’s Kitchen), The Loading Ramp, Rose & Shamrock Village Inn, Bellatino’s Food Lovers Market and Smith & Sheth Oenothèque.

//

BLENDED will feature a fantastic line-up of local vendors. Beverage producers include Askerne Wines, Pariatua Winery, Six Barrel Soda Co, St Andrews Limes, Smith & Sheth, Alchemy Wines, Pask Winery and Trinity Hill.

Visitors can also enjoy live art and creative displays from Erica Toh (Textured by Erica), Kate White, Mi Chalk Caricatures, Annabel Taylor and Dali Susanto, as well as live music all afternoon from the Frears Band and Funk & Soul.

Delicious bites will be available from St George's Restaurant, Gina’s and The Classic Butcher.

//

Art Uncorked is a special creative project connected to BLENDED. This year three local artists – Josh Lancaster, Patrick Tyman and Abbey Merson have each transformed a magnum “Jabrome” wine bottle into a one-of-a-kind artwork. Each piece is paired with a case of wine from Smith & Sheth, creating a unique art and wine collector’s package.

The artworks will be showcased at BLENDED before the online fundraising auction closes on 27 March, with proceeds supporting both the artists and future art and vibrancy initiatives in Havelock North Village.
