Feldenkrais® "Not Yoga" classes are held at the airy, bright and spacious Movement Works Studio in Jervoistown, Napier in a beautiful orchard setting. (It’s relaxing just turning up!).

The classes are suitable to all levels as you always move at your own pace and level of comfort.

Not in Hawke's Bay? There is also an online live class via Zoom available on Monday 7.00pm - 8.00pm.

Timetable:
Monday 5.30pm - 6.30pm (Studio)
Monday 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Online)
Tuesday 9.00am - 10.00am (Studio)
Thursday 9.00am - 10.00am (Studio)

$140 for 8-week term (1 class per week) or $20 casual.
