Nick Herbison is a folk-rock artist from Hawke’s Bay, Aotearoa, whose music reflects his philosophical outlook and the internal weather systems he navigates. With acoustic guitar at the core of his songwriting, Herbison crafts introspective, life-affirming songs that explore courage, self-worth, and the ongoing journey toward inner peace. His style has been largely influenced by folk, blues, rock, roots and RnB.
Nick recently released a song called ‘Swimming’ which is the final single released as part of his upcoming album set for release in July. ‘Swimming’ is an explorative roots reggae song that was released with a stunning music video created by local videographer/photographer Michael Farr.
With a passion for songwriting that demands the audience’s attention, Nick’s music is impact-fully delivered using only his voice and guitar.
