Hastings Music Society Concert


Monthly concerts in the historic St Matthews Church Hastings featuring a variety of local and talented musicians, vocalists, orchestras, bands and groups across the year. Each month is different and features music across a variety of different styles and periods.

April 12th concert 2pm WHIMZIK and FRIENDS

Whimzik and Friends will present a concert featuring music and songs from around the world. The music will be played on multiple instruments and include music from Scandinavia, Brittany, Ireland, Italy, , French Canada, North America and Aotearoa NZ. Performers include Glenn Kastrinos-wooden flutes, guitar and whistles, Kjelsty Hanson on bodran and percussion, Tony Parker on standup bass, Roger Stonehouse on button accordion and TeVivi Daniels-Vocals.

Come along for a diverse and interesting afternoon of song and music. $5 cash entry at the door.
