Reclaiming Your Voice is an experiential workshop offering a beginning point for exploring your relationship with your voice and authentic expression.

This is not about learning to sing.

It's not about performing.

It's about finding your way back to your own voice.

Through vocal exploration, constellation work and dialogic encounters, we'll gently explore what has shaped your expression and what might be ready to move, shift or be heard.

This one-day workshop offers a starting point for an ongoing exploration. You’ll have space to listen to your voice in new ways, explore what has shaped your expression, and discover possibilities for what comes next. No singing experience necessary. Just a willingness to listen, explore and participate.
