Kura Haumanu is a full-day, practical wānanga designed for individuals, whānau, and organisations committed to uplifting te reo Māori. Guided by our reo revitalisation experts, you’ll explore language planning, local dialect identity, and real examples of successful revitalisation, then apply it to your own context.

- Create a personalised language plan: tailored to your home, community, workplace, or organisation.
- Understand dialect and identity and how they strengthen connection to whakapapa.
- Navigate policy and systems: how current environments impact reo Māori today.
- Implement and sustain change: with tools to track progress and keep momentum strong.
