Spring Awakening at Woodland Hills

Spring Awakening at Woodland Hills

Breathe deeply and celebrate seasonal renewal at Woodland Hills, a stunning 18-hectare park of beautiful oaks liquidambars, and other trees.

This event invites you to practice Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese art of "forest bathing." Unlike a typical hike, this is a slow, mindful immersion designed to lower stress and boost wellbeing.
Follow a self-guided Five Senses Trail featuring reflection stations and scenic pauses to help you truly see, hear, touch, and smell the forest.

TICKET INCLUDES: Park/Trail access, packed lunch and bottled water, afternoon tea.

KEY EVENT INFO:
Outdoor event - Dress accordingly to the conditions on the day
Walk involves farm paddocks with moderately steep hills and uneven terrain
Accessible options available - contact the event organisers to discuss options, if you have any questions.

Fundraiser - Proceeds support Knowledge Bank Hawke’s Bay.
