Theme: Music Through the Decades

Dust off those dancing shoes and boogie on down to Marine Parade on Saturday December 6 as we celebrate this year's Christmas Market and Parade. This year's theme celebrates all music and how it has evolved through the years from Frank Sinatra to The Monkees to Robbie Williams to Taylor Swift and beyond. 

Join us as we embrace Christmas spirit. We're inviting everyone to come together on Saturday, 6 December from 8.30am for a Christmas market, our annual Christmas parade starting at 2pm. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Let’s make this Christmas a memorable one, filled with music, joy and laughter and let's do the twist.

Wairoa Christmas Market

The Wairoa Christmas Market will kick off from 8.30am Saturday, 6 December. Showcasing local wares and foodstalls there is something for everyone.

The Wairoa Christmas Parade will commence at 2pm from Wairoa Ski Club.
