Work on Papuni Road set to begin

ScaleWidthWyI1MDAiXQ roadworks

Work to reinstate Papuni Road will begin this week from Wednesday (February 1).

The rural Ruakituri Road was damaged in last year’s the March/April weather events.

Work will start around the 5km area with contractors Fulton Hogan working on site.

There are unlikely to be road closures, but there will be delays which will be controlled by traffic controllers. These delays will affect residents and people using the Papuni Road and Council thanks everyone for their patience while this work is carried out.
