Great Business Great People - Mobile Paradise

Mobile 1 2

Mobile Paradise Wairoa is a dedicated mobile phone and technology shop based in the heart of Wairoa’s main street.

The new business opened its doors just over a month ago, offering one-stop technology solutions from repairs to new products and a huge range of accessories.

The Marine Parade store is the eighteenth shop in the Mobile Paradise group, which originally operated as city-based businesses before recognising the demand for services in smaller rural areas.

Manager Abhi, who is establishing the local store, says the large number of Wairoa clients visiting the two Hastings stores prompted the opening of the Wairoa store. “We wanted to save our Wairoa clients from having to drive out of town by bringing our services to them.”

Mobile Paradise focuses on repairs to mobile phones, laptops, computers, MacBooks, iPads, tablets and iWatches, with all work carried out by trained mobile mechanics.

The shop also offers a range of new phones across iPhone, Samsung, and Oppo brands and will move into selling laptops and computers depending on the local demand.

There is also a wide range of mobile, iPad and tablet accessories, including chargers, cords and cables, sim cards, phone holders, tripods, power banks, cases, screen protectors, watch accessories, and so much more. Accessories are across iPhone, Samsung, Oppo and Huawei brands.

Plus, for those who want to rock their musical beats, accessories include speakers, AirPods and earbuds, headphones, and ring lights.

Mobile Paradise offers same-day repairs for most devices and has solutions for most hardware and software issues.

Wairoa branch manager Ajay says in the first few weeks of opening, there was strong demand from local people who were thrilled to have the opportunity to catch up on technology repairs. “Devices are part of everyday life, and we recognise that there is a real need for repairs and new products. We aim to support the Wairoa community with a reliable, efficient and trusted service that saves people travelling two hours out of town for a service that we can now deliver locally.”

Ajay said the business is proud that all 18 branches offer products and services at the same dollar price. “So, it doesn’t matter whether you are in Auckland or Wairoa, you pay the same. We welcome people to call into the store and check out our range of products and services.”
