Central Fire Station Bistro is teaming up with the team at Millar Road Accommodation and Supernatural and Decibel Wines to kick off summer in the ultimate fashion.
With stunning views over the Cape Kidnappers Peninsula, this will be a Summer BBQ like you’ve never had before.
Start the evening with canapes and drinks on the lawn, before you move inside to devour five courses by the Central Fire Station Bistro team who, cooking over coals, will champion local produce.
Millar Road’s superb Haumoana House plays host for this intimate evening, which will see each course matched wines Decibel Wines, cocktails from Central Fire Station or maybe even a rare sighting of a Supernatural Sauvignon Blanc.
Ticket price includes: Canapes, bread & butter, two starters, main, dessert and matching drinks for each course

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Now in its tenth year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the Hawke’s Bay and New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Summer Series runs November, 5-14, 2021.
