Assets/Project Engineer

Applications are invited for the position of Assets/Projects Engineer with the Wairoa District Council.

The successful applicant will be a suitably qualified and experienced individual able to demonstrate self-motivation and a high level of commitment to a small rural based District.

The Assets/Projects Engineer is a key member of a small energetic Engineering team working with the Engineering manager to achieve a high level of service to the residents of the Wairoa District.

The successful applicant will be required to manage Councils asset management systems and promote projects as required to meet Council's policies and objectives.

A suitable employment contract and remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
