A Draft Reserve Management Plan for the final group of Mahia reserves, including those at Mahanga, Oraka, Kaiuku, Tokoaroa, reserves along Mahia East Coast Road, Ormond Memorial reserve, Mokotahi Hill, Waikokopu harbour and all relevant Mahia road reserves is available for inspection at the Wairoa District Council Offices between the hours of 9am-4.30pm and also at:
- Wairoa Public Library
- Mahia Fishing Club
- Mahia Beach Store
- Fosters Service Station
- Café Mahia
- Mahia Beach Camping Ground
