At an Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 13 April 2010 Council resolved to adopt a Draft Pensioner Housing Policy (Statement of Proposal) for public consultation using the Special Consultative Procedures as prescribed in Sections 83 and 87 of the Local Government Act 2002.
The Statement of Proposal (Draft Pensioner Housing Policy) Information Pack will be available for public inspection from Thursday 6 May 2010 and may be viewed at the Council Office and Public Library, Wairoa or downloaded below.
Hardcopies of the Draft Pensioner Housing Policy Information Pack are available, at no charge, from the Council Office, Wairoa.
