STATEMENT OF PROPOSAL
At an Ordinary Meeting of Council held on 8 June 2010 Council resolved to adopt an amended Class 4 Gaming & TAB Venues Policy (Statement of Proposal) for public consultation using the Special Consultative Procedures as prescribed in Sections 83 and 87 of the Local Government Act 2002.
The Statement of Proposal (Amended Class 4 Gaming & TAB Venues Policy) Information Pack will be available for public inspection from Tuesday 15 June 2010 and may be viewed at the Council Office and Public Library, Wairoa and also on the Council’s website www.wairoadc.govt.nz.
Hardcopies of the Amended Class 4 Gaming & TAB Venues Policy Information Pack are available, at no charge, from the Council Office, Public Library and Info Centre, Wairoa.
