  • Ancillary Food Premises (e.g. Service Stations)
  • Bakeries
  • Food Suppliers

  • Camping Grounds
  • Hairdressers
  • Offensive Trades
  • Motels
  • Hawkers / Mobile Shopkeepers

You require a food licence
when you are selling food in any way, shape or form.

How do I apply?
To make an application for a New Health Licence, you need to complete a Health Licence Application form.

The Health Licence form is published in the Adobe Reader format.  You will need to install the Adobe Reader program on your computer in order to read them.  If you do not already have the Adobe Reader installed you can download it from the Adobe website.
