How do I apply?
To make an application for a New Dangerous Goods Licence, you must contact the Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA).

The Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA NZ) makes decisions on applications to introduce hazardous substances (HS) or new organisms including genetically modified organisms.  They will also be able to advise on information relating to:

• Managing Dangerous Goods
• Transfer of Dangerous Goods
• Controls and Regulations
• Licences
